Eco-pleasant NYC Penthouse Interior Design

Constructed by LEED licensed materials, this Contemporary Penthouse was produced by Joel Sanders Architect for the client Blesso Properties in New York. A green architecture fashion demonstrating that you do not have to forgo high fashion in the curiosity of saving the Earth. An Exterior wood decking and vegetation motion into the heart of the loft forming a planted core, a sustainable residing green veil that screens the public residing spaces and dining space from the private master bed room. The wooden stair bulkhead doubles as a skylight and offers access to a roof terrace planted with sedum and grasses. This green core is tactile as nicely as a visual, so that the owner can bathe surrounded by lush vegetation visible through a glass wall that separates the bathroom from this planted zone.
